form agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that all
members of their party adhere to the below conditions
- All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time
of receipt of a deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
- Deposits are non refundable
- Final balances must be paid along with your refundable good
housekeeping bond at least 4 weeks before your arrival date. Failure
to pay your balance will lead to your booked dates becoming available
for rebooking.

If a cancellation is made after the final payment has been paid, then the final payment
will only be refunded should your booked dates become booked again.
- Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
- We cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage
of guest's property, including their vehicles.
- We do not allow guests to bring their pets. Also we do not
allow smoking in the premises.
- The max number of guests stated upon the booking form. It should not be
exceeded during your stay, unless there is prior arrangement with the owner.
- You agree to use this property solely for its intended
purpose as self catering accommodation and to accept the owners' right
to refuse to hand over the property to any person deemed
unsuitable to take charge. This also applies to any guest whom
hasn't paid their good housekeeping bond before their arrival.
- You agree not to cause nuisance or disturbance to neighbours, other guests
or to the nearby livestock (sheep & cows) or to trespass onto private land.
Unreasonable behaviour will result in the owner requesting you to leave.
